Ch ch ch changes

Out with the old, leaky and creaky;

in with the new, shiny and squeaky.

We first noticed that the bath had a slight leak back in May or June last year, when Flo yelled from the downstairs loo,

'Why is the light bulb fizzing and dripping water on my head?'

And now, ladies and gentlemen, in February of the following year, we have fixed the problem.
