Starlet

We've just got back from the Young Pianists Concert at the Abbey, where Flo performed two pieces with the poise and assurity of a true pro.
She was incredible. We were so proud.
The thing about Flo is, we all know that she can talk the talk - boy do we know it - but when she gets to prove that she really can walk the walk aswell, it puts everything into perspective.
All those years of 'look at me! look at me!' fall into place, and we understand the whole package.
She needs an audience.
As she took her bow, and relished the applause, the compere actually said,
'Now there's a born performer!'

It must have been music to her ears.
